A：Yes, our products have passed certifications such as SGS, ISO, UL, and CE, and meet the safety and performance requirements of the market.

Q3：Can customized mechanical solutions be provided?

A：Yes. We support customized design based on customer requirements, including size, power, degree of automation, etc. Please provide detailed technical requirements so that we can recommend to you.

2. Price and Payment

Q4：Does the quotation include freight charges and customs duties?

A：We support term prices such as EXW/FOB/CIF. Freight charges and tariffs need to be calculated separately according to the mode of transportation and destination. We can assist in arranging logistics and estimating the cost.

Q5：What are the payment methods? Is there an installment payment option?

A：We accept T/T payment. For large orders, installment payment can be negotiated (such as 30% deposit +70% to be paid before shipment). The specific terms are subject to the contract.

Q6：Is there any discount for bulk purchase?

A：Yes, discounts can be enjoyed when the order quantity is large. Welcome to contact the sales team for detailed quotations.

3. Logistics and Delivery

Q7：How long is the delivery time?

A：The delivery time for standard products is 15 days. Customized products require additional confirmation. The specific time will be confirmed based on the production schedule of the orders.

Q8：What are the modes of transportation? How to track the goods?

A：We offer sea transportation (full container load/less-than-container load), air transportation or land transportation, and will provide real-time tracking of the bill of lading number.

Q9：Can export packaging and anti-rust treatment be provided?

A：Yes, we use wooden crates/iron frames/moisture-proof film for packaging and carry out anti-rust treatment to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation. Special requirements can be stated in advance.

4. After-sales Service and Support

Q10：How to ensure after-sales service and spare parts supply?

A：We offer a 12-month warranty period. Commonly used accessories are in stock all year round. For urgent needs, they can be delivered by air.

Q11：Is installation guidance and operation training provided?

A: Yes, we offer English manuals, video tutorials, and can arrange for engineers to provide remote or on-site guidance (costs to be negotiated separately).

Q12：How to deal with quality problems that occur?

A：Customers can submit videos/photos of the malfunction, and we will respond within 12 hours. For those that are indeed quality issues, free repair or replacement of parts will be provided.

5. Market and Compliance

Q13：Is it necessary to provide the certificate of origin or the test report?

A：Yes, we will assist in handling documents such as CO to ensure smooth customs clearance.
